  • Suitable for series configurations when cells are properly matched and managed by a compatible BMS
  • Batch information and pre-shipment inspection can be confirmed for project orders

Technical Overview

Reference internal resistance: ≤0.3 mΩ. Reference dimensions: 207 × 174.4 × 71.4 mm. Reference weight: 5.42 ± 0.16 kg. Cycle-life reference: ≥9000 @ 80% SOH. Specifications can vary by production batch; confirm the current datasheet and order specification before finalizing a project.

Applications

  • Solar and home energy storage
  • Off-grid battery banks
  • DIY 12.8V / 25.6V / 51.2V LiFePO4 packs
  • RV and marine auxiliary power
  • Commercial and custom energy-storage projects

Cell Matching & Inspection

For multi-cell battery packs, consistency matters. AmpBird can coordinate pre-shipment checks for open-circuit voltage, internal resistance, physical condition and batch consistency according to the agreed order requirements. Capacity testing or additional inspection should be confirmed before ordering when required.

Before Ordering

Please confirm the current batch, terminal configuration, included accessories, required quantity, inspection scope, lead time and shipping method. Lithium battery transport requirements vary by destination and shipping channel.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the ≥9000-cycle specification actually mean?
CALB specifies ≥9000 cycles to 80% SOH under defined test conditions at 25°C, using 0.5P charge and 0.5P discharge with specified voltage limits and rest periods. Actual service life will vary with operating temperature, SOC range, charge/discharge rate and pack operating conditions. We therefore present this as the manufacturer's test result rather than a guaranteed cycle count for every application.
How can I confirm whether the CALB 314Ah cell is suitable for my project?
If you already have a battery design, send us the system voltage, series/parallel configuration, expected charge/discharge current and application. We can check the key cell specifications against your requirements before ordering. For an existing system, you can also send us the current cell model or basic pack information so we can help compare the specifications.
Can the CALB 314Ah cell be used in cold-climate applications?
Yes, but charging and discharging have different temperature limits. CALB specifies 0°C to 55°C for charging and -30°C to 55°C for discharging. This is particularly important for outdoor energy storage, vehicles and other installations exposed to winter temperatures. If the cell temperature may fall below 0°C, the battery system should prevent charging or use an appropriately controlled heating solution.
Can you supply cells from the same batch for a battery pack or project order?
For pack assembly and larger project orders, please tell us the required quantity and any batch-consistency requirements when requesting a quotation. We can check the current available batch, production information, terminal configuration and available test information before shipment. If you have specific requirements for cell matching or inspection data, please confirm them with us before ordering.
How does DDP shipping work for lithium battery orders?
With DDP shipping, we arrange the lithium-battery transport, import customs clearance, applicable duties and taxes, and final delivery to your confirmed address. This is useful if you prefer not to arrange a separate freight forwarder or customs broker. Send us your postcode and order quantity, and we will confirm the available route, total DDP shipping cost and estimated transit time for your shipment.
How are CALB 314Ah cells packed and shipped internationally?
Lithium cells require suitable protective packaging and dedicated transport arrangements. We select the packing and shipping method according to the order quantity and route, with particular attention to protecting the terminals and cells from short circuit, movement and mechanical damage during transport. For larger B2B orders, we can also coordinate EXW or FOB shipments with your nominated freight forwarder.
What should I check when the cells arrive?
Before assembly, check the outer packaging and cells for visible transport damage, and verify basic cell condition such as voltage and terminal condition. If anything appears abnormal, keep the affected cell uninstalled and contact us with photos, video and measurement data. This gives us a clear record of the condition on arrival and allows the issue to be checked before the cell is put into a battery pack.
What after-sales support does AmpBird provide if I have a problem with the cells?
If you encounter a problem during inspection, assembly or use, send us the order information together with photos, video and relevant measurement data. We will first help identify whether the issue is related to the cell, transport, electrical connection or system operation. When manufacturer-level technical confirmation is required, we can coordinate with the upstream technical team and continue following the case according to the confirmed cause and applicable warranty terms.
