Return & Refund Policy

1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our Customer Service team at info@ampbird.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

 

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

 

Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

 

For returns not related to quality issues (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Approval & Return Shipping Instructions (CRITICAL STEP)

Upon approval of your return request, our Customer Service team (info@ampbird.com) will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return address.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – Lithium Battery Shipping Restriction:

DO NOT SHIP BACK THE ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

Due to strict air transport regulations regarding lithium batteries (UN3480), these products are classified as Dangerous Goods. You MUST NOT use standard postal services (e.g., USPS First Class, UPS Ground Saver) or regular couriers without declaring the contents.

We will instruct you on the specific freight forwarder or approved logistics channel required to handle hazardous materials. Any packages returned via unauthorized channels that are seized, destroyed, or rejected by carriers due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take an additional 7-14 business days to post the refund to your account.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees stock availability.
