Do you help size a complete system?
Yes. Tell us your load, voltage and runtime target and our engineers will recommend cells, BMS, inverter and cabling — whether it is a DIY pack or a turnkey home system.
Can I buy cells only, or do I need a full kit?
Both. We sell Grade A LiFePO4 cells individually, and we also offer DIY kits (cells + BMS + case + busbars) and complete battery systems depending on your comfort level.
What are your lead times and shipping options?
Standard products usually ship within 2-4 weeks. OEM/ODM and large wholesale orders may need 6-8 weeks. We offer DDP and standard freight; expedited options are available.
Do you offer wholesale and OEM/ODM?
Absolutely. We support container-scale wholesale, private label and full custom designs (voltage, capacity, BMS, enclosure). Contact us with your volume for pricing.
What warranty and support do you provide?
All products include a manufacturer warranty covering defects and performance. Our technical team helps diagnose issues and advises on safe operation and expansion.
