Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (Free for orders over $500)
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (Additional fee applies)
  • Freight Shipping: For large orders (palletized), 3-7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs office. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of lithium batteries, some shipping restrictions apply:

  • We comply with IATA, IMDG, and UN38.3 regulations for shipping lithium batteries.
  • Some destinations may have restrictions on lithium battery shipments. We will notify you if this affects your order.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing lithium batteries.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ampbird.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
