What should I do if the package arrives damaged?
Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Take clear photos of the carton, shipping labels and any visible damage before opening if possible, then contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
How long does shipping take?
EU warehouse orders typically arrive within about 7 days. Orders shipped from China usually take around 40–60 days depending on destination.
Can you provide a complete DIY battery kit together with the cells?
Yes. We can supply compatible DIY battery enclosures, JK Smart BMS, busbars, cables and other accessories together with the cells.
