At AmpBird, we stand behind the quality of our LiFePO4 batteries. This Warranty Policy explains the terms of our limited warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our LiFePO4 batteries are covered by a 10-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Capacity below 80% of rated capacity
- Failure of the BMS (Battery Management System)
- Manufacturing defects in cells or assembly
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper charging or discharging (outside specified parameters)
- Physical damage from accidents or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from modification or disassembly
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at warranty@ampbird.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Test results (if available)
5. Warranty Resolution
Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product
- Refund the purchase price
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
