AmpBird ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering your battery and accessory orders safely and efficiently. All shipments are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with DHL, UPS, and FedEx for international shipments (for regions where these carriers operate). For domestic (China) shipments, we use SF Express or China Post.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7–15 business days (domestic) or 10–25 business days (international).

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee (select at checkout) and typically takes 3–7 business days (domestic) or 5–10 business days (international).
3. Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing: We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Transit Time: Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays).

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Costs

Domestic (China): Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain value (check the cart page for details).

International: Shipping costs include a base rate + fuel surcharges + applicable taxes/duties. These costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Restrictions & Prohibited Items
Due to safety and regulatory requirements, batteries (especially lithium-ion/LiFePO4 batteries) have strict shipping restrictions:

Batteries must be shipped via specialized hazardous materials (HAZMAT) shipping channels (e.g., DHL’s Lithium Battery Program).

We do not ship batteries to countries/regions with active bans on lithium battery imports (check your local regulations).

Accessories (e.g., chargers, cables) may ship separately from batteries if required by law.
6. Customs & Import Duties

International Orders: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country/region. These costs are not included in the shipping price.

Documentation: We provide commercial invoices and necessary shipping documents to facilitate customs clearance. Ensure your address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, refused by recipient, or customs seizure), we will:

If unresolved, the package may be returned to us (return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund).
8. Shipping for Returns
