Build your own 51.2V LiFePO4 battery with an enclosure kit designed for compatible 280–314Ah prismatic cells. This kit brings together the enclosure components, JK BMS, display, PCB boards, circuit breaker and internal power cables, reducing the number of parts you need to source separately.
It is an economical choice for experienced builders who are comfortable completing the assembly themselves and want to understand how their battery goes together.
Supplied fully unassembled. Battery cells, cell busbars and epoxy insulation sheets are not included. Battery assembly experience is required.

Fewer Components to Source Separately
This kit groups these components into one package:
- JK PB2A16S20P 200A BMS with 2A active balancing: the battery-management component for your 16S build.
- 4.3-inch display: provides a local interface for viewing battery information.
- PCB boards and mounting components: supplied for the kit’s internal assembly.
- 200A DC circuit breaker and external terminals: included as part of the main electrical connection system.
- 35mm² internal power cables: supplied with fitted cable lugs for the internal connections.
- Enclosure panels, supports and hardware: form the housing and mounting structure for your project.
You complete the mechanical assembly, wiring and configuration. This delivery format suits customers who prefer a lower purchase price and are willing to invest their own time and skills in the build.

Full Assembly, with a Clear Understanding of the Work
This kit is delivered as separate components. It requires more than installing cells into a prepared enclosure.
The build includes:
- Assembling the enclosure and mounting its internal components.
- Positioning the cells and fitting the required insulation.
- Installing the BMS, display, PCB boards and circuit breaker.
- Connecting the cell busbars, internal power cables and BMS wiring.
- Configuring the BMS for the selected cells.
- Checking the completed assembly before connecting it to the wider system.
You should already be comfortable with LiFePO4 battery assembly, polarity checks, BMS wiring requirements and correct terminal tightening. Suitable tools and test equipment are required.
Before purchase, contact AmpBird to confirm the assembly documentation available for this configuration. Use the applicable component instructions and a verified wiring diagram during the build.
