At AmpBird, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used batteries (for safety reasons)
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Downloadable products (datasheets, manuals)
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@ampbird.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
