What battery chemistries does this BMS support?
This BMS is designed for LiFePO4 battery systems. Please check the product specifications for the supported cell configuration and voltage before purchasing.
Can I change the BMS parameters myself?
Yes. Parameters can be adjusted using the compatible software or mobile app, depending on the BMS model. We recommend changing settings only if you are familiar with battery management systems.
Does this BMS support active balancing?
If the selected model includes active balancing, it automatically balances cell voltages during operation to improve battery performance and extend service life. Please refer to the product specifications for the balancing current.
Can I monitor the battery status in real time?
Yes. The BMS provides real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature, SOC, cell voltage, alarms, and other battery information through the supported display, app, or PC software.
Is this BMS suitable for beginners?
Basic electrical knowledge is recommended. If you are building your first battery pack, we are happy to provide technical support before and after your purchase.
Do you provide wiring diagrams or technical support?
Yes. We provide product documentation and technical assistance to help you with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
What protection functions are included?
The BMS provides multiple protection features, including overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature, and cell voltage protection to help ensure safe battery operation.
What should I do if the product arrives damaged or has a problem?
